I focus on the details that can pull readers out of a story: grammar issues, awkward sentences, inconsistencies, unclear wording, punctuation mistakes, and small errors that are easy to miss after reading the same manuscript over and over.

For thriller and suspense authors, I pay attention to pace, clarity, tension, and clean sentence flow. For Christian fiction authors, I also respect the heart and message behind the work.
